This video is for those that don’t want to work out at the gym but are looking for bigger chests and upper body strength. As a transman, I know working out can be of importance to some, so I plan to do videos that give people options that are on a tight budget!

Anyone who plans on taking HRT without a prescription from your doctor (via ordering on-line or some other method), this website has all dosages, amount of times you take daily, the specific names of the prescriptions, how you administer them, all the “red flag” side effects to look out for, etc. etc.

Inspired by the “RodeoH” harness, I wanted to make my own harness in the style of a pair of underwear. I figured it was just an o-ring sewn into a pair of pants, surely it was simple! I’ve been using this for playing and packing for the past month or so and it’s been pretty awesome. So here’s a step-by-step guide.
